The Model 500 Fiber Optic Measurement Assembly (FOMA) supports RJC Fiber Optic Pressure sensors. This FOMA becomes a sub assembly in the customer designed medical device, and requires customer supplied power, controls, alarms, and sensor data outputs/displays. The Tethered Module contains a mating optical connector for the sensor, and an RFID antenna for reading sensor calibration information. The Tethered Module can be configured to meet customer needs.
